Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment on your favorite creation from Posh Panache! I love the college themes as well. I like the skyline picture on your blog heading and the abbreviations you use on the right to help your readers understand the lingo of saving money!
General: MAN. Q = manufactuer's coupon OOP = out of pocket BOGO = Buy one get one free MIR = Mail In Rebate WYB = when you buy OYNO = On your next order
Walgreens: WAGS = Walgreens WAGS Q = Walgreens store coupon RR = Register Rewards these print off after your reciept and can be used at Walgreens next time. ESC = easy saver catalog ESQ = easy saver coupon ESR = easy saver rebate
CVS: ECB = Extra Care Bucks (just like RR except these are for CVS and you need to use your CVS card in order to get them)
I am a college student here in Chicago, living with my fiancee and trying to survive on a very tight budget. As I attempt to finish school, I've had a hard time finding a part time job, so we are managing on only one income. With our expenses, we try to cut corners as much as possible. Neither of us have a car, we rely on public transportation and good old fashioned walking. We survive without cable (yes, it is possible) and we watch movies at home and find free or discounted entertainment events. I am just learning the fine art of couponing and I hope that many of these tricks will help others.
